Efrain Lopez

General Manager

As General Manager, Efrain Lopez oversees all functional areas of IOG Products LLC (Impact-O-Graph), including manufacturing, operations, finance, marketing and sales, and product development. Appointed in May 2025, Efrain brings a strong engineering background and deep industry insight that have already proven valuable in advancing the company’s technology and solutions. His focus is on driving revenue growth and ensuring IOG continues to deliver world-class products to its clients. Mr. Lopez brought to IOG over 20 years of technical sales experience, a proven track record of driving sales growth, cultivating strong customer relationships, and adopting a strategic approach to sales and prioritizing long-term partnerships.

Kristen Payton

Customer Service Manager and Support

Kristen has been with Impact-O-Graph since October 2013 and manages the sales operations working directly with customers and managing the on-time delivery of orders. Kristen’s critical role ensures customers are receiving top tier support and personal attention to requests. With her strong product knowledge, Kristen can provide immediate responses to customers regarding quotes, orders, invoices and export control requirements. She works closely with product manufacturing to ensure product will be made for proper delivery times. Kristen’s prior experience to Impact-O-Graph includes Micro-Coax as a Senior Account Manager for various military, space and defense programs.

Kristen has her degree from Harcum College – Retail Merchandising- 1990, Certification in Foundations of Leadership, 2008 and Certification from Penn State University – “Getting and Keeping Customers”
