The Digi-Shock Mounting Plate is used as an alternate method to secure the Digi-Shock Impact Recorder to your shipment. If there are uneven surfaces the digi-shick mounting plate provides a smooth flat surface to secure the shock recorder. The mounting plate can be secured on all types of surfaces. The mounting plate can be used with the Digi-Shock G, Digi-Shock GT and the DIgi-Shock XT.
The Digi-Shock Mounting Plate comes in two versions. Version 1 is designed to screw down on your shipping platform or directly on the equipment. Version 2 is a magnetic mounting plate that sticks to all steel surfaces and requires no drilling.
